The Problem: A Lock Alone Is Not Enough

When you secure a standard shipping container, you face a simple but critical challenge:

Two doors. One lock.

Most containers have double swing doors. If you only put a lock on one door handle, the other door can still be pried open. If you try to lock both handles together, you need something to bridge them – something strong, secure, and designed specifically for the job.

Many cargo owners resort to improvised solutions: padlocks through overlapping brackets, makeshift steel bars, or zip ties. These are either insecure, inconvenient, or easily broken.

The real pain point: Your electronic lock may be smart, but without the right mechanical mounting, the entire security system fails.

Our Solution: A Dedicated Bracket Built for Global Standard Containers

We have developed a heavy-duty container door bracket that works as a complete system with our electronic locks (including the TL20 hybrid e-lock).

This is not a generic accessory. It is an engineered security solution** designed specifically for standard shipping containers worldwide.

How It Works

1. Mount the bracket onto the container's two door handles, bridging the left and right doors together.

2. Insert the locking bar – a horizontal metal bar that slides through the bracket mechanism, holding both doors firmly in place.

3. Apply our electronic lock to secure the bracket. The lock prevents the bar from being withdrawn.

4. To open:Authorized user unlocks the electronic lock (via APP, Bluetooth, RFID card, or SMS), then slides the horizontal bar out. The doors are now free to swing open.

Why This Matters: Complete Integration

Many GPS lock suppliers sell you the "smart" part – the electronics, the satellite module, the battery. But they leave you to figure out how to physically attach it to a container door.

Our approach is different. We deliver a complete hardware ecosystem:

| Component | Function |

| TL20 Smart Lock | 4G + satellite tracking, tamper alerts, access control |

| Container Bracket | Securely bridges two doors, holds the lock |

| Horizontal Locking Bar | Mechanical barrier that prevents door opening |

| Sub-Locks (optional) | Monitor additional doors via LoRa |

Everything works together. Nothing is left to guesswork.

Built for Global Standard Containers

We designed this bracket to fit standard shipping containers used worldwide – 20ft, 40ft, high cube, and refrigerated containers with standard door handle configurations.

No custom fabrication. No drilling into container walls. No permanent modification.

Key Benefits

| Pain Point | Our Solution |

| Two doors cannot be locked together securely | Bracket bridges both handles with a reinforced design |

| Generic brackets are weak or poorly fitting | Precision-engineered for standard container specs |

| Locking bar is easily cut or pried | Heavy-duty steel construction resists tampering |

| Smart lock has no proper mounting point | Bracket provides dedicated lock interface |

| Crew wastes time improvising security | One complete system, simple to install and use |

Real-World Application

Imagine a shipping container leaving Shanghai, crossing the Indian Ocean, and arriving in Mombasa.

Without our bracket:The driver wraps a chain around both handles and adds a padlock. It takes 10 minutes to secure. It can be cut with bolt cutters in 30 seconds. The electronic lock dangles loosely, vulnerable to damage.

With our bracket:The driver slides the horizontal bar into place, engages the TL20 lock, and walks away in 30 seconds. The lock sits securely in its dedicated mount. The bar is visible, accessible only after authorized unlocking. Every door open/close event is logged and transmitted via 4G or satellite.

The Bottom Line

A smart lock needs a smart mounting solution. Our container bracket completes the security circle – turning an electronic tracking device into a **true physical barrier that works with global standard containers

Don't let your cargo security fail at the mechanical connection.
