Generally, we pack our goods in neutral blank brown-paper boxes. Customized Package with customer's logo or brand is available.
What is your terms of payment?
(1). For order quantity less than 200pcs,100% TT accepted;
(2). For order quantity more than 200pcs, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery;
(3). For sample and order less than 100pcs, Trade Assurance accepted.
What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, CNF Shenzhen or FOB Shenzhen.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 2-3 working days after receiving your advance payment. The mass production delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order, maximum 10-20 days.

Yes, re-branding on product case and gift box is available.

What is your policy sample?
If we have ready-made parts inventory, we can provide samples, but the customer must pay the sample cost and higher cost.

Yes, default 5000 records for our GPS logistics lock will be saved. Once it get online, the records will be uploaded to server again to keep complete record.

How can you unlock the GPS Padlock？
Yes, You can unlock our GPS e-lock Via App/web platform/sms remotely and BLE APP/RFID card locally
Does the gps lock support fast charging and encryption data?
Yes, our Smart padlock is a USB A-type interface, so you can use phone charger too，it is DC 5V 2A， it will take about 5-7 hours and DC5V 3A is coming soon. Encryption data, yes, we support customize firmware.
Do you have any TCP or MQTT protocol for the container locks?
Yes, our default running is on tcp, we can provide air protocol. We could also do by MOTT protocol.
How long does the battery last?
For our solar panel Cargo security Lock：10400mAh: 12~180 days; 15000mAh: 28 days~190 days
How does Bluetooth work?
Via bluetooth, you can unlock the Container GPS lock by our bluetooth APP or you could also develop your own app, we would offer the protocol file to support your development
How can we choose Softrope?
Soft Rope's standard length is 35cm, extra cost will be charged if you need longer size. Like 100cm, 140cm etc
For the 4G Container tracking lockdevices what is the modules used?
We use Quectel ec200 serials for all of our real-time cargo tracking locks

Our protocol is our own private protocol, supporting various 3-rd party platforms.

Yes, we are manufacturer, not trade, we focus in RD &quality control for our full range of GPS devices, mass production is processed by associated processing plants.
What if we have to lock ip?
SMS CMD can be send by tools.
