Q4: Do you have CE/FCC/RoHS certifications?
A: Yes, all our products are strictly tested and certified with CE, FCC, and RoHS standards. We can provide certificate copies upon request.

Product Hardware
Q6: How long does the battery last?
A: For our solar panel Cargo Security Lock: 10400mAh: 6~180 days; 15000mAh: 13~190 days. Battery life varies depending on usage frequency and environmental conditions.
Q7: How can you unlock the GPS Padlock?
A: You can unlock our GPS elock via APP/ web platform/SMS Command remotely, and via BLE APP / RFID card locally.
Q8: How does Bluetooth work?
A: Via Bluetooth, you can unlock the Container GPS lock using our Bluetooth APP. You could also develop your own Bluetooth app — we would offer the protocol file to support your development.
Q9: Does the GPS lock support fast charging and encrypted data?
A: Yes, our GPS Smart Padlock has DC port/ USB Type-C interface, so you can use a phone charger too. It is DC 5V 2A/3A and takes about 5-7 hours to charge. For encrypted data, yes, we support customized firmware.
Q10: What is the lifetime of your lock?
A: Our Electronic Seal Lock's lifetime is at least 100,000 times of unlock & lock.
Q11: Does it save the alarms if they are in offline mode and resend them after the network gets back?
A: Yes, by default 5,000 records for our GPS logistics lock will be saved. Once it gets online, the records will be uploaded to the server again to keep a complete record.
Q12: Does the lock work without cellular signal?
A:For 4G version: Yes, when there is no cellular signal, the device will automatically store location data offline. Once the signal is restored, the data will be uploaded to the server to ensure complete records.
For 4G&Satellite Hybraid version: When there is no cellular signal, the device will automatically switch to satellite signal, it will continue to report to server.
Q13: Can I use my own SIM card?
A: Yes, you can use your own SIM card. We also offer pre-configured SIM cards with competitive data plans if you prefer a plug and play solution.
Q14: Which module do you use for the 4G Container tracking lock devices?
A: We use Quectel EC200 series for all of our realtime cargo tracking locks.
Q15: Which protocol does your lock follow?
A: Our protocol is our own private protocol, supporting various 3rdparty platforms.
Q16: Do you have TCP or MQTT protocol for the container locks?
A: Yes, our default running is on TCP, and we can provide the air protocol. We could also do MQTT protocol upon request.
Q17: How can we choose the soft rope length?
A: Soft rope's standard length is 35cm. Extra cost will be charged if you need a longer size, such as 100cm, 140cm, etc.
Q18: What if we have to lock IP?
A: SMS commands can be sent via tools to lock the IP. Please contact our technical support for detailed instructions.
Q19: Is configuration difficult? Do you provide configuration guidance?
A: Configuring is straightforward. We provide detailed videos, user manuals, and remote technical support to guide you through the process.
Software & Platform
Q20: Do you provide a free tracking platform? Do we have to pay a subscription fee?
A: Yes, we provide GPS tracking platform for samples testing by free of charge. For mass order, we charge few cost annually for using our platform.
You can also integrate our devices with your own platform via API/air protocols. We offer flexible options to suit your needs.
Q21: Does your platform support multiple languages?
A: Yes, our platform currently supports multiple languages including English,Spanish, French,etc. We can also customize the language interface according to your requirements.
Q22: Can we get realtime alerts via email or SMS?
A: Yes, our platform supports realtime alerts via APP push, email, and SMS.
You can set up notifications for unlock/lock/tamper alarm/low battery/motor faulty/ vibration.etc
Q23: Can multiple users access the platform at the same time?
A: Yes, our platform supports multiple user accounts with different permission levels. This is especially useful for fleet management where team members need to monitor vehicles simultaneously.
Customization & Packaging
Q24: Do you accept rebranding?
A: Yes, rebranding on product case and gift box is available.
Q25: Can you do hardware/firmware customization?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM is our specialty. Our R&D team has more than 20 years of industry experience.
Q26: What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral blank brownpaper boxes. Customized packaging with customer's logo or brand is available.
Ordering & Delivery
Q27: What are your terms of payment?
A: (1) For order quantity less than 200pcs, 100% T/T accepted; (2) For order quantity more than 200pcs, T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery; (3) For samples and orders less than 100pcs, Trade Assurance is accepted.
Q28: What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, CNF Shenzhen, or FOB Shenzhen.
Q29: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 2-3 working days after receiving your advance payment for sample orders. The mass production delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order, typically 10-20 days maximum.
Q30: What is your sample policy?
A: We could provide sample for customer’s testing. Sample should be charged. Lead time for sample is 3-5 days or so.
Warranty & After Sales Support
Q31: How are quality control and warranty?
A: All products have been 100% strictly quality checked inhouse before packing. We provide standard warranty period 1 year coverage for all products.
Q32: What happens if the device is faulty after delivery?
A: Within the warranty period, we will replace or repair faulty devices free of charge. We take cost to ship repaired parts to our customer for fixing problems.
Customers take cost to ship the faulty devices to us for replacement or repair.
We also provide technical support to help diagnose and resolve issues.
Q33: Do you provide technical support after sales?
A: Yes, we provide online, email, and phone technical support. Our team will respond within 24 hours to assist you with any issues.
